Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through this website.
You agree that any information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us will be accurate, current and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe it is being misused or used unlawfully.
SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, feeding information, prices and other information are accurate.
Product colours, packaging or appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen. Packaging and presentation may also change without notice, provided this does not materially alter the product you ordered.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may discontinue products, change product specifications or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
CaniNectar is a complementary animal feed and is not a veterinary medicine. Information provided on this website is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If your dog is unwell, has an existing medical condition, is receiving medication or has specific dietary requirements, you should consult your veterinarian before introducing a new complementary feed.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:
-
the product is unavailable;
-
payment cannot be authorised;
-
pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
-
delivery cannot be completed to the address supplied;
-
we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale; or
-
legal or regulatory restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has entered fulfilment.
Products purchased from this website are intended for personal or household use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are displayed before you complete checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Promotional offers and discount codes may have separate conditions, expiry dates and eligibility rules. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We may correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our current shipping information is available at:
https://caninectar.com/policies/shipping-policy
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, customs delays, industrial action or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within the expected delivery period.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available at:
https://caninectar.com/policies/refund-policy
The policy explains how to request a return, the applicable return period, product-condition requirements, refund processing and any exclusions.
Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
To discuss a return or cancellation, contact us at info@tharos.co.uk before sending a product back.
SECTION 8 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES
Some products may be available through a subscription or recurring-purchase arrangement.
The price, delivery frequency and recurring nature of the purchase will be displayed before you complete checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable recurring amount using your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.
You may manage or cancel your subscription using the customer account or subscription-management link provided by the store. You can also contact us at info@tharos.co.uk for assistance.
Any changes or cancellations must be completed before the next order is processed. An order that has already entered fulfilment might not be cancellable, but your statutory rights and our Return and Refund Policy will continue to apply.
We will provide any notices required by applicable law before making material changes to a subscription price or arrangement.
SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, product information, branding, logos, page designs and downloadable materials, are owned by or licensed to Tharos Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
CaniNectar and associated names, logos, designs and slogans are trademarks or intellectual property belonging to Tharos Limited or its licensors.
Shopify’s names, logos and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors.
SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may provide access to services or tools operated by third parties, including payment providers, review services, subscription-management services, chat tools and social-media platforms.
We do not control every aspect of these third-party services. Your use of them may also be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by a third-party service that is outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 11 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The website may contain links to external websites.
These links are provided for convenience or further information. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
You should review the applicable terms and policies before purchasing products or providing personal information through a third-party website.
SECTION 12 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
CaniNectar is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the store.
Purchases made through this website are made directly from Tharos Limited, not from Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through this store and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns or providing customer support for CaniNectar purchases.
SECTION 13 - PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy:
https://caninectar.com/policies/privacy-policy
Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information to provide and improve its ecommerce services. Shopify’s privacy information is available at:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users
Information may be processed by service providers located outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used as explained in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 14 - REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content to us, you confirm that:
-
the content is accurate and based on your genuine experience;
-
you own it or have permission to submit it;
-
it does not infringe another person’s rights;
-
it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading or obscene; and
-
you have disclosed any incentive or compensation connected with the submission.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display submitted content for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting our business and products.
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 15 - ERRORS AND UPDATES
Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
We may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary. If a correction materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and explain your options.
SECTION 16 - PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the website:
-
for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
-
to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights;
-
to transmit malware or harmful code;
-
to harass, threaten, defame or abuse another person;
-
to submit false or misleading information;
-
to interfere with the website’s operation or security;
-
to collect personal information without lawful authority;
-
to send spam or unauthorised promotional communications;
-
to impersonate another person or organisation; or
-
to bypass security, access restrictions or technical protections.
Automated systems, agents, bots, crawlers or scraping tools must not access or interact with the website in a way that disrupts the service, circumvents technical restrictions, completes or bypasses security checks, or breaches applicable law.
Legitimate search engines and services may access the website in accordance with our technical instructions, including robots.txt where applicable.
SECTION 17 - AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical work or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will not be liable for a temporary interruption where we have taken reasonable steps to minimise its effect.
SECTION 18 - DISCLAIMERS
General educational information on the website is provided in good faith but should not be treated as professional veterinary advice.
We do not guarantee that use of a product will produce the same outcome for every dog. Individual responses can vary due to diet, age, health, environment and other factors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded;
-
defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
-
any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption.
We are not responsible for losses caused by information or actions supplied by you, unauthorised use of your account, or events outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 20 - TERMINATION
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, use the website unlawfully or create a security risk.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations and provisions intended to continue after termination.
SECTION 21 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed if modification is not possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 22 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced within them and any specific terms displayed during checkout, form the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the website and purchases made through it.
SECTION 23 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your rights as a consumer. We will notify you if such a transfer materially affects you.
SECTION 24 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law where you live and may bring legal proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an order that has already been accepted.
