Delivery charge

A flat delivery charge of £4.59 applies to every order. We do not currently offer a free-delivery threshold.

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched on the same working day or the next working day. Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Orders normally arrive within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Couriers

We use DPD, FedEx and Royal Mail. The courier used will depend on the order, destination and service availability. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and accurate. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with the relevant courier and help resolve the issue.
