Return and refund policy
Change-of-mind returns
You may cancel your order and request a return by contacting us within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide the appropriate returns information and instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind purchases. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as responsibility for the parcel remains with the sender until it reaches us.
Opened products
For reasons of product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept opened or used products as change-of-mind returns.
This restriction does not apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Where a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return cost.
Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue any approved refund to the original payment method within two business days.
For an eligible cancellation of the complete order, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law. Additional amounts paid for an enhanced delivery service are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, it will need to be handled through the returns process above.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
